Artusi assignment deadlines do not automatically synchronize to Canvas deadlines, or vice versa: they are completely independent. This is a limitation of the LTI specification (the protocol that enables Artusi and Canvas to be connected in the first place). Please ensure that deadlines in Artusi and Canvas are in sync by hand.
Artusi also has no way to communicate to Canvas when an assignment makeup or extension has been granted, so you will likely have to copy over the grade by hand if the Canvas deadline has passed while the Artusi extension is still in effect.
